Hall of Rewards

I’ve finally found (perhaps) the last missing piece of the gameplay. All welcome “Hall of Rewards”:

Right before visiting the Shop you will mysteriously end up in a room with rewards for your magnificent playthrough. Ace all three of: completion time, mining percentage, and minimum lost lives to get an extra bonus!
